    I Talked with a Support member for like 2 hours last night, I did everything I was told but we still couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. The last step i was told to do was re-install it. Which i have done and it still won't allow me to play Multiplayer.
    Say's that it has to do with the xbox privacy and online. I checked and it is set to "Allow" for joining multiplayer. I've pretty much used my free month of Xbox live Gold up without getting any benefits from it. If anyone can throw me some tips and tricks
    to fix this, i'd be extremely grateful.

    Please help I have Gold membership already 1month and its still saying that I cant play on matchmaking.

    1 Gold Account for the whole family

    I don't have a 360 anymore, and don't have an Xbox One, but I would imagine that adding the account to console will automatically open up multiplayer to all users on the console.

    I upgraded to ultimate for the £1 offer & still cant play. reinstalled & reset XBox console twice, still cant play. Decided to cancel subscription & now cant even play Vanguard multiplayer. Its a bloody scam. Lost 2 months subscription. Thinking of replacing my Xbox one with a PlayStation. Microsoft don't give a toss about its subscribers obviously. They have had weeks to fix this but wont. Who the hell do you complain to?? No one seems to be listening at Microsoft.

    Terrible terrible service.

    Decide to allow or block joining Xbox Live multiplayer games on Xbox One.

    Thats one of the things to allow or block and Ive allowed it. and i still cant access online stuff. it did this a couple months ago.
