Multiplayer issues

I have had this same multiplayer issue for 2 months now and haven't been able to resolve it. Essentially what happens is I load a game in matchmaking and within a minute of the game starting I freeze and go black screen then reset like i just spawned in
the game. This happens every 10-15 seconds after the initial black screen the rest of the game. I have hard reset xbox, reset internet, cleared cache and mac address, deleted profile and redownloaded it, deleted save data form both the cloud and the console
and got new data offline, i have factory reset the xbox, I have also got a new xbox and bought the physical disc as well and nothing has fixed it. I've also tried playing on a different account and it still happens. I bought the game from the marketplace
and it is unplayable. I tried to get into contact with 343i and Microsoft Studios about this issue but neither party has replied to me in 2 months. I'm hoping posting here someone may have a fix for it that i have not tried yet. Please let me know if you do
I would be in your debt. It's been not so much fun not being able to play a game i paid $60 for. Thank you. Also, this is the second account I made to try and play the game with to test if it was my profile or not and it still had the same issue on this account.

Multiplayer Issues.

Is something going on right now? Its not letting me join any parties. xbox live is lagging to load profiles and some MP games cant get info from live for me to start to find a match. Its not my internet. This has never happened before. Can anyone help?

Multiplayer issues

For nearly 3 days now I haven't been able to participate in any multiplayer functions of any kind. I haven't been able to join others when invited nor have others been able to join me when invited. I haven't been able to join random co op play either. Everything
else is working fine...purchasing, downloading, signing on, single player game play, achievements, the whole nine yards....multiplayer is the only one not working. This is being experienced on my xbox one. I also have a 360 which isn't experiencing this problem.
My son has been playing Plants vs Zombies multiplayer with absolutely no issues.

I spent 2.5 hours yesterday with xbox support(live chat) troubleshooting the problem. The xbox Rep was very professional and I have nothing bad to say in that respect. We tried everything the Rep could think of and it's still not working. He said the next
step would be to contact the Advanced Networking Dept at Xbox for their advice. Am I going to have to spend another 2.5 hours on this!!!! I've spent a FORTUNE on xbox products and services and I'm not happy!!!

Having similar issues. Tried contacting support via chat but it doesn't allow me on. I can't figure it out. Have you had any luck?

Ok, try this. Both you and your friends turn off your consoles then power cycle your modem/router by unplugging for 10 seconds. See if that helps

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox privacy settings.

Based on your description and since you're able to change the privacy settings means that your account is an adult account. For us to isolate the case regarding the error you received, kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

Note: A child account can't access its privacy settings.

- Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
- Changing browsers.
- Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.
- Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
- Use different devices and network services.

Then please update your Xbox privacy settings again according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...ttings by selecting View details & customize.

"Sign in to Xbox.com.

Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.

Select the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

Review the current settings and update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.

Note: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved."

Wait up to 24 hours to make sure the changes will be applied.

After signing out, sign back in then check if you will be able to access your game's multiplayer feature.
