Multiplayer Issues on Minecraft (Xbox)

Hey there, Spawner65! I'm very sorry to see any issues with multiplayer in Minecraft! What you're running into is likely an issue with your Xbox Live Gold. It doesn't appear that your account has Gold here on the forums because you've got a gray gamertag.
Minecraft multiplayer requires Gold.

The notification for Minecraft in the Service Alert is solely for sharing to Facebook, not multiplayer games.

If you continue to have issues with multiplayer in Minecraft and you have Gold on your account, please post back so that we can look further into any possible issues.

If you can change your Xbox account settings, then this multiplayer issue could be either related to Xbox NAT issue or else an in-game issue. Before attempting the troubleshooting steps I include below, please confirm if either account is a child account. If so, the multiplayer account settings may need to be adjusted.

I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Gerardo, recommends the following steps for a solution.

To play Minecraft online, you must go to the following page, log in with your account and modify your privacy settings:

https://account.xbox.com/settings

You must set the following options to "Allow":

* You can play with people who are not part of Xbox Live.
* You can create and join clubs.
* You can join multiplayer games.
* You can add friends.

If these options do not appear and you are sent to a different support website, then it means that your account is a minor.
In order to modify the settings in this case, an adult account must add you to an Xbox family and add your minor profile to it from the following link:

https://account.microsoft.com/family/

Once your account has been added to the family, from the profile of the account of legal age you must enter the first link that I mentioned and now it will allow you to modify the privacy settings of your profile.
