    so I've been without multiplayer since Friday afternoon.i've went thru alot of posts trying EVERYTHING support suggested and nothing has worked.i'm able to download todays free game and everything is active,no suspensions,supreme connection,etc.but still
    no multiplayer acess and still being sent to renew my subscription.my live expires 5.4.18 i used a prepaid card.any idea would be great or a number that works to call from a pay card phone.missed alot of bonuses and free stuff last 3day because of this.

    When I start up Call of Duty: Modern warfare 3, the disc will either

    A. Say Disc unreadable

    B. Freeze my Xbox 360 Elite

    or C. Will load up, but when loading a multiplayer session it the white bar at the bottom will take an extremely long time to load up, then return me to the main screen. I did not pay so much money to not have my game work, so if anyone could help I would
    appreciate it a ton.

    (My Xbox Disc tray always has issues, but Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer loads up fine most of the time, so I am pretty sure it's something wrong with MW3. My connection speed is: Download Speed 64.52 Mbps, Upload Speed is 11.90 Mbps. Ping is 20 ms, have no
    idea whether that matters but it's there anyway. )

    Having similar issues. Tried contacting support via chat but it doesn't allow me on. I can't figure it out. Have you had any luck?

    Ok, try this. Both you and your friends turn off your consoles then power cycle your modem/router by unplugging for 10 seconds. See if that helps

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox privacy settings.

    Based on your description and since you're able to change the privacy settings means that your account is an adult account. For us to isolate the case regarding the error you received, kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

    Note: A child account can't access its privacy settings.

    - Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
    - Changing browsers.
    - Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.
    - Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
    - Use different devices and network services.

    Then please update your Xbox privacy settings again according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...ttings by selecting View details & customize.

    "Sign in to Xbox.com.

    Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

    Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.

    Select the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

    Review the current settings and update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.

    Note: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved."

    Wait up to 24 hours to make sure the changes will be applied.

    After signing out, sign back in then check if you will be able to access your game's multiplayer feature.
