    multiplayer is disabled. please check your microsoft account settings


    I keep getting the following error message when trying to join my friends minecraft realm.
    "Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your microsoft account settings"
    I am over 18 and do not have family account setup. I have ticked allow on all the settings on the xbox dashboard. I have relogged etc.
    I have followed all the steps in all the guides I can find and nothing has worked.
