Multiplayer Hoppers NOT working

So, i've been having trouble playing this game online since i bought it yesterday. I had my good friend Galactic Geek try and help me on this also and i've even called Microsoft support with no avail. And now they have my case on open.

I've tried rebooting the console, power cycling, port forwarded, and deleting and redownloading again.

So my problem is... when i enter Multiplayer, the screen comes up and lets me join in. Now im at the Multiplayer Hoppers section. ill try Tag ()virus) for example and i click on it. now it ask "Request new multiplayer match?" i click "ok"... now its saying
"waiting for match"... now it states "match is complete. Would you like to join the match?" i click "ok"... "joining lobby" "Connecting to game server" and BOOM "unable to join seesion".

i just got this game yesterday. and the game has been out for only 7 months. surely it cant be down? its only this game with the problem all of my others work. i dont want to request a refund as this game is very fun to play. can someone help me with this?

Matchmaking lost features??

I don't understand how they "robbed" you of anything. When a playlist has a low population, it's baggage and can cause slow matching times. These things happen all the time with games that have multiplayer playlist hoppers.

 

Am i missing something?

You get FREE upgrade parts after you get your cars manufacturer to Affinity Level 4.

It sounds like you have not set your "AI" cars difficulty Level to Hard or Professional

Have you done any "Online" racing with friends or in the Multiplayer Hoppers?

 

oh and i cant even create a private match. "create private match" "ok"... "joining lobby" *waits for 1 minute* "failed to create private match"

 

if this is with forza i had this same prob. what is ur NAT type

 

ok have u tried a static IP

 

google static IP i did it and it worked

 

its got to be the game. im not having any troubles connecting to other online games such as COD, Titanfall, deaad rising 3 ect.

new addition. i tried broadcasting twitch on forza and it errored every time. it says uknown game then quickly backs out and says something happened error. when i went to titanfall it worked perfectly? does the xbox not see this as a game?

i bought this through microsoft currency ( with the cards you buy at a store similar to ms points) could this be a problem?

also this game was on sale for 40 bucks with gold

 

maybe if you take the port forward off it may work i had a strict nat type when i got the xbox one so i did a static IP and port forward and it opened

 

i've tried almost everything in the book, i've tried refunding and buying again, i tried the static ip, i tried deleting and redownloading, i tried to hard reset the console, i tried using a wired connection, and i finally deleted the save data and it still
didnt work so thats the last straw ill just get a refund.
