Multiplayer has been a bit lackluster for me on the Xbox One...

I'm pretty lonely on it. Nobody ever asks me to play any games with them, nor do they ever message me. I recently tried to join a dude's party (he's on my friends list), and I asked him if he wanted to play Call of Duty with me.

It's filling me with regrets, because I had a lot of fun gaming with friends on the PS3. It kinda was a mistake to not go with the console my friends are getting (I'm the only one with an Xbox One), since they'll probably be gaming on the PS4 and I'll be the
only one on the Xbox One...

I can't sell the thing, either, and I don't want to. My parents spent over $500 on it. I guess I just gotta suck it up and look past the regrets...

Free Red Dead Redemption DLC Bolsters Multiplayer in September

Can we say late? We've already paid for multiple crappy DLCs that included things that should of been in MP at launch. Rockstar really has a great habit of ruining amazing games with their lackluster multiplayer.

 

Microsoft has always been a lackluster company.

I am constantly getting the same error when trying to sign in; 0x87DD0004. I've looked on the error code search program and nothing pops up. I am also trying to get a hold of Xbox support, but they either hang up on me or there's an error when trying to
have an agent contact me.

I have been a customer of microsoft for over 10 years and cannot believe this.

I have a Playstation 4 and PC that I would less prefer to play, but if need be, I will play them over this incompetence. I use video games as a way to relieve my stress off the day/week, and now I am unable to do so.

Im guessing you have only recently got the xbox one. It takes time to build up a good lot of friends. But once you do you will see that the xbox community can be a wonderful thing. Patients is a virtue

Never had a problem finding people to play with in COD if you talk and play sensible in lobbies, the natural next step is to team up.

 

Which is all fine and good, Davey, but that's exactly what I can't do. Not the whole not talking sensibly thing, mind you, but talking at all. For that, I'll need a working headset so I won't have to rely on the Kinec and party chatt, which the game does
NOT support.

 

You get a free headset with the Xbox, and a replacement is cheap anyway, I am glad a lot of games don't support kinect but there are so many headsets that are just as sensitive as the kinect lol.

My point was more to the OP, say the right things, do the right things in game, players will happily team up. If they don't plenty more fish in the sea, just keep fishing.

I am really sorry to hear about your lackluster multiplayer on the Xbox One, I really hope that you find other people to play with and that you cheer up real soon

Since I don't care at all about multiplayer nor do I understand why others enjoy multiplayer so much, the best advice that I can give you is that in Destiny, you automatically get grouped up with 2 other players when you do a Strike Mission other than the
Weekly Strike Mission (I've never tried the Weekly Nightfall Strike Mission so I don't know how this would work out).
