Multiplayer Games not working?

So I have been unsuccessful in playing any games online in the past 24 hours. Its acting as if my gold is out but when I try to purchase more from the store it says I have 8 days remaining in this billing cycle, plus it wont let me even purchase gold.
It reads "Try that again, something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" after several hard resets of the console, games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, Star Wars Battlefront 2 multiplayer games will not load and directs me to the store to purchase
gold. However I feel if my gold was actually out I wouldnt have been able to stream Farcry 5 to Mixer last night. Will this just go away eventually after waiting more?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

i can't play any multiplayer games and social gaming and multiplayer doesn't work

All games will work without gold except for the multiplayer portions or if they are multiplayer only.

Can anyone confirm if there is a bug, and or if EA is working on any of these issues. I really liked the game until the multiplayer stopped working for me. Every other game I have does multiplayer just fine.
