    Multiplayer games lags really really bad after changing the region


    Hello,

    I have XBOX One from 4 months and I really love it.

    When I setup my XBOX I set it up by choosing the UK for my country. I do not live in the UK but my country(Bulgaria) do not support XBOX Live. Everything was good and no problems.

    In one moment I decide to change my region to the US because one game that I wanted to buy(dumb I know. With the help of XBOX support the region was changed and not all is set to the US. The problem is that now every multiplayer
    game lags really really bad. Like I see an enemy in one place and I the next is totally gone from my range. It is like mini freezes.

    Maybe the reason for this is my bad and I cannot do change for Live Gold country in next 3 months but I believe that there should be something I can do in order to make games playable.

    I kindly ask for your tips and recommendations what I can go to play multiplayer games.

    In some games you can change the server region most likely you are in a us server instead of a european server the best way is to change the server region in the game

    If the UK region was working for you, then I'd suggest setting it back.

    You're re-routing your geo-location of the xbox so its taking twice as long to get to the destination if you were just to leave it original location it would be fine. If you changed server from the game you're still going to have high ping due to how long
    it would take a packet to travel to the host server

    Unfortunately, you have explained why you are having this problem. I'm sorry that you got bad information, but changing regions creates all sorts of problems. It should always be set to the location where the user actually is. I'm also sorry that your country
    is not supported by Xbox Live, so any fixes you may find may or may not work. They also may or may not put you at risk for suspension due to a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or Microsoft Services Agreement.

    I wish I had a better answer for you.
