Multiplayer Game Issues

This issue is making me lose my mind. I have replaced my modem and have 2 different brand new routers that exhibit the same problem.

I have Charter Spectrum 60/5 internet hooked up currently through a Motorola SB6121. That is hooked directly to my TP-Link Archer C7 that is set up for DHCP and UPnP. NAT type is shown as open and cone in the multiplayer tests. The internet works great
and almost everything works perfect on my Xbox One, including things like Netflix. The problem comes when I try to play multiplayer games. In Battlefield games, I get an error that says "You have lost the connection to the EA servers. Online features will
be unavailable." CoD:AW gives me an error that "The CoD service is not available at this time." My router shows that it is forwarding port 3074 to the Xbox IP address, but it still doesn't work. I have reset the modem, router, and Xbox so many times I've
lost count. Does anyone have any ideas?

Xbox quitting game and returning to home screen randomly

Had a few issues with battlefield, booted out of campaign and could not sign in after router was turned on half way through, feels like an cache issue.
Also had the game popping in and out when trying to get a multiplayer game going.

Do you run the latest Firmware for your router?

Do you port Forward manually? If yes be sure you DISABLE UPnP because on home routers you can only use 1 option.

port forwarding to a static IP

UPnP

OR

DMZ

If you use more than one of these you will get problems like you describe.

Be sure you restart your router if you change one of the options.
