Multiplayer Family Setting Problem

We're having the same problems. My daughter used to have her own gold account, but is now setup under family. Her privacy settings are set to allow online multiplayer gaming.

I have the same issue, and it's definitely a problem on Microsoft's end. And I think I know why most of the accounts having this problem are apart of family accounts, is because when you join a family account as a member I'm assuming it changes your multiplayer settings to block, so then when this problem arose some of the people who had the settings set to block (most of whom apart of family accounts) tried to change these settings they weren't able to.

There's probably thousands more who have this problem and don't know because they already have the settings set to allow, so they have no reason to go to the settings page and check.

I'm having trouble with my family settings pass code , each time I put in the code it tells me that it's incorrect , please help

That is kinda funky. Have you tried removing the passcode completely?

As for setting a passcode for individual games, that is not possible. It is either all or nothing. Here is our Xbox Parental Control support
