Multiplayer Enforcement.

Where are these guys? Call of Duty is broken, and they do nothing about it, the game I'm more worried about is Defiance. Have we ever done anything here, enforcement team? Cheaters wait around all day to play the un-populated mess, and completely screw over
the achievement hunters. I'd love if we had a blog post somewhere that tells us what enforcement is up to. Honestly, do we need to bad somebody who said a bad word? Come on, grow some balls. We need to fix multiplayer games, anyone with half a brain could
give less of a *** about swearing.

When I buy I game, and it has multiplayer, I expect the enforcement team to have MY back, but every day I try to work at Defiance, or play any of the old Call of duty games it looks as if they do nothing. Where you at enforcement? Prove to me you do ***
besides cracking down on those foul people who said the f word. Hell you guys should be cracking down on people abusing in game glitches, and still nothing. Yeah the developer should fix them, but you should be remedying the problem while the make a permanent
solution, it is what you get paid to do after all.

Prove to me you exist, I'm starting to think that it's just a robot that tosses out bans for swear words just like a first grade teacher.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the
action and open a case review with the PET

Ask the developers to fix their games.

 

I guess you either A. Dont utilize the report tool on the console or B. Dont Visit the suspension forums

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx The suspension forums are full of people who have been abusing in game cheats, and hosting modded lobbies. When a player files a report the XBLPET does an investigation, but bans are not instantaneous and the PET receives thousands
of complaints a day. Its hard to police every COD game with a small team to do so

 

As x24hrs mentioned, make sure you are reporting the cheaters on your console. That is the only way for the PET to open up an inquiry.

bothered with such (in their minds) petty requests.

Developers should be patching their games but must be pretty hard to keep up when Microsoft leave the doors wide open.
