multiplayer device error

Yes, I get an error message saying can’t connect to multiplayer game. What happens is I will start a multiplayer game and then my sister will see it in the join multiplayer game menu. She’ll click on the game and it will start loading then the error message will show up saying can’t connect to multiplayer game. I’ve tried starting the game on both devices but both devices get the same error message. I’m not sure if the update is the right problem but that’s the only thing I could think of. Both devices have the same DLC’s as well.

It is possible that your Network Translation Address or NAT type where your device is connected is restricted to play multiplayer game. To play multiplayer, your NAT type setting must set to open or moderate. To check the NAT type on different devices, follow the steps below:

• PC Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network and check the NAT Type.
  
• Look for NAT Type and error message/code.

it is infinite and im indicating that the multiplayer part of it is only half working. now that we have my kid on a PC we cannot all 3 play multiplayer together. we can all independently play multiplayer but not together in a fireteam without one of us (on PC) getting a network error that will not let them join the game. it always sticks at "loading mode 1%" then right after gives the network error. i have added her PC to my list of devices and all that stuff to try and fix it.
