    Multiplayer connectivity issue


    I have been trying to play Halo Infinite online, which has been working fine up until 3 days ago. Since then, it will not connect to the required server no matter how long I wait or whatever internet source I connect to. This is isolated specifically to this game as I have tried other online multiplayer games and they are working just fine.

    This would not be an issue if I hadn't already paid money for the service and now can't get any sort of answer through their own support ticket system. I have already raised two support tickets and have checked to see their status the following day and both have been removed without response.

    Can anyone please advise how I can fix this issue or alternatively, request a refund for a game that I am not physically able to play?

    I dont think it is a problem from my end as it was working fine before and still works fine with all other online games like MW2, Blackops and BF3

    It is for sure something which they changed in the servers.....seems as well as if when I try to search games it only searches for games where people from my country are playing only.

    Have seen Greeks complaining that they connect only to games where Greeks are in, same as Norwegians etc etc....

    I am now thinking that the servers have been made up to look and ping for only matches which have people from same IP/country which is a huge shame as small countries will have only few players online.

    well you're experiencing another issue if it was working for you and now doesn't. most of us haven't been able to get it working until now i guess?

    what is your xbox doing in a DMZ? tell me more about the network i might be able to talk you thru it.

    I do run the xbox live connection tests and they never fail and as said many times IT WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE 8TH NOVEMBER.. I received my game on the 6th November and in those 2 days was working as it should. Dont have any issues with MW2, Black Ops and
