    Hi!

    When I play Seasons or FUT on FIFA 14, I cannot connect to any other players. The dialog displays "Opponent found" but then quickly displays "Connection lost".

    If I play a Pro Clubs game and join 10 other players, I don't have a connection issue. Only in Seasons and FUT. Weird.

    Here's my setup:

    What Country/State/Province do you live in?

    Germany.

    Router brand & model number:

    Hitron CVE-30360.

    Wired or wireless:

    Wireless and Wired.

    Things you have tried:

    I'm on an ipv6 network so I've tried the Host Forwarding all needed ports to the MAC address of the Xbox while disabling UPnP.

    I've also enabled UPnP while disabling any Host Forwarding rules.

    I've tried Wireless and Wired.

    I've power-cycled all equipment and ran all the Xbox One networking tests. It's all good.

    I've deleted all local squad-files and so on.

    Is UPnP Enabled?

    Yes and No. See above.

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

    No errors. Open NAT, "behind a cone-NAT".

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

    None.

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider):

    Kabel Deutschland.



    My theories:

    The problem seems to be recent since it worked right out of the box. Are there any recent system updates that might trigger this behavior?

    Reading the tech specs, it seems the Xbox One should be ipv6-compatible. Should I contact my ISP and roll back to ipv4?

    I can also put the router in bridge-mode but then I lose my WLAN and I don't think this should be needed in order to get a game running.

    Curious to any thoughts you might have. Thanks in advance.

    Is This FIFA 15 or the Hardware?

    Are you having these problems in multiplayer games on FIFA 15 or solo games too? If you are having these problems on multiplayer then it is probably just a bad connection between you and the other people in your game.

    Your Gamer Profile does not have the correct permission to access this feature-Fifa 14

    Every time I try to access Fifa 14 multiplayer it shows error.I did the connection test and everything is alright.I did factory reset,nothing.I dont have Gold Membership.Is it because of that or ?

    i have the same issues.. with both Madden 25 and Fifa 14. my nat is open as well. i can play FIFA club games 11 vs 11 and Titanfall EA games with no issues. but i can't play a 1vs1 game in madden or Fifa. i get unable to connect to opponent 100% of the
    time.. prior to last months update I never had this issue. I have also heard this is happening in ufc.. on EA Boards you can see alot of other users with the same issue. All started about the time of the last Xbox update.

    Hardly ever connecting online for games

    With multiplayer with BF4 and fifa 14 it is with the producers of the games need to send out a patch. They're working on it. they are aware of the issue.
