Multiplayer connection issues

I live in the U.S. and I've had my xbox for almost 2 months and my connection keeps getting worse.

My download speed is 16 Mbps and my upload speed is .92 Mbps. I have a really good internet plan and all the other devices in my house work fine my xbox is the only one having issues

Packet loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency:503

Wireless strength:100%

I have looked all over trying to figure out the problem and fix it and nothing has worked. I used to have a ps4 and never had problems with it and i cant even play a game without being kicked out in 5 minutes

I found this ....will try when I get home and will let you know if it worked.,...

1 go to the configuration blade

2 press on memory

3 press y (device options)

4 select clear system cache

5 go to mw3 it will ask u to update, select OK

6 find match

you might want to try resetting your router and modem along with your Xbox it sounds like your ip addresses are get messed up with your other devices. Because i have to reset my router and modem and Xbox one every now and then as well.

to get your account back just enter your email address and password and your account should appear back on your Xbox.

you can try the static ip to see if that helps but as i said try resetting you modem and router with all you devices off and when all the lights are back on try Turing your Xbox back on.

those ports are forwarded correctly...will check the modem logs when I return home as am at work

I dont think it is a problem from my end as it was working fine before and still works fine with all other online games like MW2, Blackops and BF3

It is for sure something which they changed in the servers.....seems as well as if when I try to search games it only searches for games where people from my country are playing only.

Have seen Greeks complaining that they connect only to games where Greeks are in, same as Norwegians etc etc....

I am now thinking that the servers have been made up to look and ping for only matches which have people from same IP/country which is a huge shame as small countries will have only few players online.

well you're experiencing another issue if it was working for you and now doesn't. most of us haven't been able to get it working until now i guess?

what is your xbox doing in a DMZ? tell me more about the network i might be able to talk you thru it.

I do run the xbox live connection tests and they never fail and as said many times IT WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE 8TH NOVEMBER.. I received my game on the 6th November and in those 2 days was working as it should. Dont have any issues with MW2, Black Ops and
BF3
