Discus and support Multiplayer ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was unrightfully banned I did get a message ban which was fine but a multiplayer ban was unnesisery I shall want a reply back because I do.     I was unrightfully banned I did get a message ban which was fine but a multiplayer ban was unnesisery



    I shall want a reply back because I do. Not want to re make a new account

    still comm banned but no active bans on account

    hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

    Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement action they issue and they don't use the forums.

    You can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ for information on a suspensions or to request a case review, if qualified.

    The enforcement team does not monitor these forums. You will have to file a case review by following these instructions in this link Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
    if you want to communicate with them.

    As part of the case review process you will be required to take a quiz to test your understanding of the code of conduct: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

    Also, creating another account to get around a ban is also a violation of the code of conduct.

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience, however, bans carry over from console to console at it is account based. If you were banned from Black Ops multiplayer on Xbox 360, you will still be banned from Black Ops multiplayer on the Xbox One.

    There is a Whitelist enabled for Multiplayer pre-release of the game, this is to allow press and certain people access to multiplayer only. Early access results in a ban, contact Microsoft support to remove this ban if you are playing a legal copy of the
    game and possibly be added to the Whitelist.
