    still comm banned but no active bans on account

    hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

    Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement action they issue and they don't use the forums.

    You can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ for information on a suspensions or to request a case review, if qualified.

    If you do not agree with the ruling you will need to file a case review. If you would like to appeal your ban you need to file a case review with the enforcement team by following the instructions on their site: https://enforcement.​

    As part of the case review process you will have to pass a quiz to test your understanding of the Code of Conduct for Xbox Live. If you fail to pass you will have to wait 24hours before you can try again. You can find a copy of the

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience, however, bans carry over from console to console at it is account based. If you were banned from Black Ops multiplayer on Xbox 360, you will still be banned from Black Ops multiplayer on the Xbox One.

    There is a Whitelist enabled for Multiplayer pre-release of the game, this is to allow press and certain people access to multiplayer only. Early access results in a ban, contact Microsoft support to remove this ban if you are playing a legal copy of the
    game and possibly be added to the Whitelist.
