    Multiplayer and voice chat stopped working


    Since a few days i can no longer play multiplayer or voice chat. I still have a Gold subscription, i know i have, also when i go to the Microsoft page on my PC it says so (untill early next year) and i can also for instance download the games one gets for
    free with Gold via my console, no problem. I just cannot play multiplayer or voice chat anymore. Games say i have no multiplayer privilleges and when i try to accept a voice chat invitation it opens up the page to buy Gold.

    Anyone else had a similar issue and can give some advice, please?

    Using kinect for voice and stereo headset at the same time

    Hey guys,

    Just moved to Peru a few weeks ago, brought along my Xbox One.

    Stereo headset i have has stopped working (right headphone stopped working and mic)

    Is it possible to use the headset for sound from party chat and the kinect for voice at the same time? I would like to avoid hearing party chat over the tv. I've tried just plugging it in and when it's plugged in the kinect stops picking up my voice.

    It's strange since my friends on Live don't seem to have any issues. I wonder if the problem is on my side or MS'...

    YES!!! I posted something just a couple of days ago. I can get on voice chat and multiplayer games but I get kicked off once ever hour or once every other hour. It tells me I dont have xbox live and I get penalized saying I'm quitting games. Honestly I'll
    look up my post and send it to you. I'm having the worst time with my xbox. SMH

    Multiplayer and voice chat stopped working

    Just an update: I did a factory reset (but kept my games) and entered my settings manually afterwards. Everything seems to be working again.

    I'm so disappointed with MS right now. They were no help at all for me. Hopefully you have better luck than I have. I know I'm just getting a PS4 now so I don't have to deal with this anymore. SMH
