Multiplayer and campaign not working

Discus and support Multiplayer and campaign not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Have had the game since nov. Havent been able to play one multiplayer game the entire time.     Multiplayer and campaign not working


    Have had the game since nov. Havent been able to play one multiplayer game the entire time. Now the campaign is doing the same thing wont even boot up. Refund plz

    Downloaded Ghosts and Campaign is not working (Multiplayer and everything else works fine. Deleted and downloaded again. Still not working...

    Battlefield 4 - Save games for campaign are gone...

    The game is buggy by all means I had the campaign reset 3 times on the hardest difficulty, suffice to say I was livid. I have found this if you are working on the campaign and its achievements Do not play the multiplayer side until you have finished! It
    seems to be tied directly to the issue. So get your campaigns beaten and achievements unlocked before jumping into multiplayer.

    I'm sorry to here you are having problems. Before you ask for an refund, please try to attempt the following: signing out of you xbox gamertag, powering off your Xbox One, unplugging the ethernet cord, then the power unit supply, wait 30 to 45 seconds, then
    plug the ethernet cord, and the power supply unit in the back. This should fix the problem, if it doesn't, then please see my second post on trouble shooting going forward. Best of luck and don't hesitate to private message me, or message me on Xbox One. I

    The Game is out now (I'm waiting for the install) so all will find out shortly

    I'm disappointed that there's no traditional (Single Player) campaign and I'm taking the game back because I didn't realize it wouldn't have the traditional single player campaign unless I can learn more about the multiplayer campaign. DazedHigh mentioned
    that there is a multiplayer campaign and I'd like to know if anyone can shed some light as to how that shakes out? I mean, does a multiplayer campaign mean that you have a campaign structure where various online gamers play to tackle campaign objectives? I'm
    having a hard time understanding how that works. Sorry, don't mean to be a dits...I just never play multiplayer unless it's sports oriented, golf, baseball etc.
