    Multiplayer all access should be made more frequent on a monthly basis. That way many players can explore the online world and it also attracts more online players. Xbox silver members can enjoy multiplayer games.

    Accounts ?

    Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

    1 Gold Account for the whole family

    They announced months ago that one account per console was required to access multiplayer.

    Try redownloading yoir profile

    Are you sure you didn't buy gamepass for.console? Since people.seem to.confuse the different plans

    Core.only.has access to.25.titles and multiplayer access

    Gamepass.for.console.has most gamepass games.except for.cloud

    With no.multiplayer access

    Ultimate has all the games with gamepass and cloud and multiplayer access

    1 online pass, for 2 accounts?

    If a console has the online pass, all accounts on that console has access to multiplayer.

    I've got an adult account which I used to activate the online pass and my brother who has a child account has full access to multiplayer and co-op.

    Hello,

    You need to download all of the multiplayer updates in order to get access to Close Quarters. It's tied to Multiplayer Update 3, Multiplayer Update 4 is required to be able to download Armored Kill for free if you have premium.

    Please download multiplayer update 3 and then try to access a close quarters server after restarting your XBOX 360.

    Let us know if that works out.
