Multi-account harassment on xbox

I recently reported the account of someone who has been harassing my boyfriend for about two months and who was actively being hostile to me during me asking him to stop. I thought that once he was communication banned it would be the end of it. However, this guy, via alts and/or his friends online, have been messaging me on at least one account a day. This has been happening for two days now. While I kind of expected it to happen at least once given that this guy has been actively going for my boyfriend for the past three to five months, I was hoping it was over after I blocked the first account that messaged me.

I'm at the point now where I'm worried about answering messages from other accounts because I'm worried it's him, and I'm also worried about getting hit with a DoS attack. I'm a pretty active member in games that can require contact from other users or that are highly competitive but I can't even open messages now without having to be like "Oh no, is it him again?", and I'm getting more and more worried and annoyed that I'm having to deal with this as I know that no matter how many accounts I block there'll always be one more that shows up. I've reported all the accounts that have messaged me, but I know microsoft probably gets tons of reports a day, so does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this or similar experiences and how they stopped it?

Continue to report/block any accounts that do pop up related to that. If you feel threatened in real life, contact the police. You can also change your privacy settings so that only friends can view your profile or message you.

I've been being harassed. I've blocked communications, but they keep making more xbox accounts and harass me further. What do I do, if they keep doing this? I've been harassed for 5-6 months about a year ago, they kept making more account. And now, recently,
I've been being harassed by someone who's friends with my friend. Same thing, block them, they harass me on more accounts. Do I cancel my xbox live? Do I call the cops? Or are you guys going to stop them? Because allowing people to create more accounts to
harass me, or someone else further, is unacceptable.

For Xbox 360, if you want the second son to be able to play online, you would need a second Gold subscription.

If they just want to play against each other locally, they would need a game which supports local multiplayer (it will say this on the back of the box), but here they would not need a Gold subscription.

If the second son just wants an account, he can have that without needing Gold - he could just have an online account. He would only need Gold if he wants to use it to play online multiplayer, or intends to use it to access Netflix or other Apps.

thank you for your reply! I just don't understand why for the level of such a egregious comment when I had reported did not get said user ban from online play and creating new accounts to futher harass me but I will continue to submit a report through
xbox on the said user account to make sure I am not further harassed in the future unless I am told the user in question is gone from the platform or is unable to acess online play to harass me in game and is unable to create new accounts to harass me with
through messages and other means. but thanks again for the help!
