    mulitplayer wont work


    not sure if i am posting this in the right place as i have never done this befour.

    i have a new xbox one s and when i try to go onto the mulitplayer a message comes up telling me to go to xbox.com and change my settings so i can play mulitplayer with others. I have been on my account and changed the settings to allow mulitplayer
    but when i try to play it still tells me to go to the settings which i have done. can anyone help me with this problem ????

    I recently tried to redeem a gold account but when i come to try and join mulitplayer games it wont work. Just says i need to upgrade even though i have redeemed the code.
