    MTV APP AND VH1 APP ERROR


    Ok I need help, I have been having trouble with my MTV app and VH1 app not playing, Im logged in, I have it through my DIrecttv account and everything. When I want to watch any type of video on either app I keep getting the message
    "Error---- Sorry, this video is currently not available" . No matter how new or old the video is, that message comes up on every single video. I have been on the phone with xbox and they walked me through troubleshooting with no success. I
    need help because this is frustrating. Ive tried to watch through wifi, then through wired. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, Ive even tried a hard reset of the system back to factory settings. Nothing has worked. Any type of help would be great !

    Not able to pin apps?

    Getting an error code while attempting to pin apps like Starz, VH1, and TheCW. Error 0x876c0002.

    Any extra charge for using Verizon FiOS app or other tv streaming services?

    Hi everyone, sorry if this was posted about in the past, I couldn't find a previous thread.

    I bought an Xbox One a couple of days ago and finally set up the Verizon FiOS app and some other TV streaming services, such as comedy central, ESPN, MTV, and VH1. I have cable services through Verizon FiOS already, but I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be charged extra for streaming through these apps. I contacted both Xbox and Verizon customer service, but they were both completely useless.

    Same story with Viacom's VH1 app.

    I filed a complaint with the FCC.

    Don't have time to read 3800+ pages of Title 47 FCC Regulations & sue them myself.

    That must mean that Time Warner Cable is not supporting use of that app. My provider, Comcast, also does not support some apps on the console, such as Comedy Central, VH1, ect. I am not sure if there is much you can do except to talk to the provider and
    try and get them to partner up with that specific company to allow them to let you access it.
