MTU error with 4G box

Hello,

Following a move, I changed the internet provider and am now on a box 4g. Unfortunately, the xbox one does not seem to be compatible with this kind of connection because the MTU are too weak. I would like to know if there is a way to increase this via the
console? On the internet provider side, I have already learned nothing can be done. Concretely, if you do not have a solution, I will have more to sell my xbox one.

No, I think the MTU message in this instance is just a last ditch error message, it isn't really complaining about MTU I think its really saying "I can't connect to live.. " and just gives an MTU error as it doesn't know how else to describe it.

A lot of Xbox MTU error messages are nothing to do with MTU just a failure to connect

Last Week i bought Xbox 360 to play Online And i was happy but when i turned it on and want to connect to online {Live} i Saw The MTU Error

No there is not a way to change that via a console as MTU is something that is handled by routers not by a client device (devices that connect to a network including game consoles, computers, smartphones etc.).

If the 4G box doesnt have a way to change the MTU in its settings then there is no other way to change that. Unfortunately 4G internet connections are just more limited that way.

 

So for summary, the box 4g of my provider works with all my devices, pc, ps4 etc etc ... except the xbox one. Who did his job wrong in the case ..? It is still hurtful to have to sell his console because it is not compatible with the 4g
