السلام عليكم و رحمة

قمت بشراء جهاز اكس بوكس وان اكس من اكسترا بجدة في المملكة العربية السعودية و واجهتني مشكلة ان الجهاز يتم تشغيله ولكن لا يبث أى شئ علي التلفزيون و طلبت الدعم الفني اول مرة و قاموا بارسال الجهاز لالمانيا لعمل صيانة ثم اعادته مرة اخري لي و بعد اقل من شهر واجهتني
نفس المشكلة و تم ارسال الجهاز لالمانيا ثم اعادته لي ثم الان واجهتني نفس المشكلة للمرة التالتة علي التوالي لنفس الجهاز اريد تقديم شكوي رسمية لعدم معرفة ما السبب ، فقدت الثقة بالمنتج و فقدت الثقة بالشركة و لا اعرف ماذا افعل و اريد حل لم يتم استبدال جهازي بجهاز
اخر و كل مرة يواجهني نفس المشكلة ماذا لو تم انتهاء مدة الضمان سوف اقوم القاءة في القمامة و اخسر ثمن الجهاز و ثمن الاشتراكات المفعلة و ثمن الاسطوانات ؟ اريد تقديم شكوي رسمية

I bought an Xbox One X from Extra Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and I had a problem that the device is running but does not broadcast anything on tv and i asked for technical support the first time and they sent the device to Germany for maintenance and
then returned it to me and after less than a month I encountered the same problem and M send the device to Germany and then return it to me and then now I faced the same problem for the third time in a row for the same device I want to make an official complaint
to not know the reason, I lost confidence in the product and I lost confidence in the company and I do not know what to do and I want a solution my device was not replaced by another device and every time I face the same problem What if the warranty expires,
I'm going to throw it in the trash and lose the price of the device, the subscriptions and the cDs? I want to make a formal complaint.]

I know this kind of behavior - it happens if the HDMI Cable is not a "HIGH SPEED" one. Check also if ther is at the TV Menu an Option for Gaming!

Hello Mohamed,

Thanks for the update. As the console is still in warranty you can set up another repair. When you talk with support mention that you would like a replacement instead of repair. What happens in a repair is they will attempt to repair yours. If successful,
they send the same one back. Also make sure the HDMI you are using is good. We recommend request call from support and talk with them.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

If your console does not provide an image, on different devices and with different cables and you have not mistaken the outputs of the console, it should be replaced. To check, if they replaced the console best is to write down the serial number.
Here in Germany you will get your money back after the 3rd failed repair attempt. Perhaps this is why the console is almost always replaced.

It’s the same problem

i used other tv and other HMDI cable every single time that i faced this probelm i made the pep manual reset i did every thing with no solve
