قمت بشراء جهاز اكس بوكس وان اكس و بعد فترة حدثت مشكلة الشاشة السوداء و تم ارسال الجهاز الي المانيا و من ثم عاود الجهاز بعد ١٤ يوم ليتم اخباري انه تم عمل عملية ضبط مصنع و من ثم تم اغلاق المشكلة و لم يكتمل اسبوعين حتي عاودت نفس المشكلة و من ثم ارسال
الجهاز الي المانيا مرة اخرة ليعاود الجهاز مرة اخري و يتم اخباري انه تم اعادة عملية ضبط المصنع و انا اخسر من جيبي الخاص اشتراكات جولد و جيم باس و ايضاً تحميل انترنت للألعاب و لا اعرف شئ و ما هيا مشكلة جهازي و هل اقوم بتنزل الالعاب مرة اخري و ادفع مبالغ من جيبي
الخاص و اخسرها مرة اخري حين تعاود الشاشة السوداء مرة اخري و من قم ارسال الجهاز الي المانيا و من ثم اعادة ضبط مصنع حتي

ينتهي الضمان علي الجهاز و القيه في القمامة ؟

I'm sorry to hear you've had a few issues with your Xbox. The games you downloaded are linked to your account and will show in your purchase history in account settings. They are yours to keep forever. The subscription is the same as well. It's linked to
your account and can be used until it expires.

If the Xbox is continuing to give you issues you may want to try updating it offline. To do that just follow the steps here

Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Then unplug it for 30 seconds. When you power on quickly hold the Sync button (left side near the USB port on the original Xbox One and just below
the power button on the S and X consoles) and the Eject button for the console until you hear a second start up noise.

You should now see a new screen. Scroll over to Restart/Reset and reset the console to factory settings. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

Veo que no soy el único afectado, mi consola hace aproximadamente 1 hora que se ha puesto la pantalla negra, se conecta sale la pantalla verde y después la dichosa pantalla negra, señores de Microsoft soluciones el problema!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with your console.

Does your console ever show the green Xbox bootup animation at all?

If it does not, and you just display a blank screen, then you may need to
reset your display settings.

This will bootup your console in low resolution mode [640 × 480], which you should be able to adjust soon after.
