    Msgs no longer working


    I use Xbox one SmartGlass app. About a week ago, the "Msgs" portion stopped working and started locking up the iPhones ne and iPad if I tried to get msgs or create msgs. Works on computer and console just fine. Yes, I uninstalled reinstalled, etc. yes,
    I have the latest updates. Any ideas?

    • Hi there I was part of the preview program in xbox 360 and I remember getting the msg on xbox one but I no longer have it is there anyway I can get the msg again at all? As my friends have tryed re inviting me but nothing has been working thanks in advance

    Why am I getting repeated 24h chat bans for an old message?

    No a secondary suspension can be for the same reason but for a different msg.

    They do not list or mention any specific msg on suspensions on https://enforcement.xbox.com

    Only the type of suspensions

    You have to case review any that are longer then 48hours tonfind out why

    No notification when friends come online (notifications turned on )

    Same here. I no longer get notifications when friends come online. I only get notifications when a friend is playing the same game as me. Msg notifications and party invites works fine, but it's kinda annoying if you're playing a different game waiting for
    your friends to come online.

    You can file a case review if applicable (has to be longer then 24hours) at Enforcement

    i will no longer be with xbox live anymore, i am fed up with the trolling of ppl cursing at me via msg and im being banned for cursing back, but of course they do not get punished.
