MSG is not displaying on the OneGuide

Discus and support MSG is not displaying on the OneGuide in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I try to look for MSG it doesn't appear on the Guide.     MSG is not displaying on the OneGuide


    When I try to look for MSG it doesn't appear on the Guide. I've tried going into the settings and displaying all channels and it still hasn't worked. The TV lineup is Verizon FiOS Buffalo. Does someone know how to get this channel to display? Thanks

    OneGuide closed captions displaying incorrectly

    Console recently updated with a small 400-something MB update (current version number is 404.1709.9001.14, but fairly certain that's the new dash update number), and since then the closed captions in OneGuide haven't been displaying properly. They appear
    as if the screen has zoomed in and the focus is now on the bottom right corner. That's only when they're slightly higher than the bottom of the screen, the rest of the time they're completely off-screen. Not sure if there's a fix or if this is a known issue,
    but it'd be nice to get some kind of resolution. Thanks for any help.

    So it keeps happening every time theres a new update. If anyone knows of a user fix for this so I don't need to keep posting on the help forums, it'd be a great help. This is roughly the fourth time it's happened and it seems consistent with console updates.

    If you go to the settings app under general > TV & Display Options> TV & OneGuide > OneGuide > Under the advanced section clear OneGuide and History. If that doesn't work, on the same tab remove the provider under the HDMI, and a USB tabs, then we can
    figure OneGuide with your service provider.

    I'm having the same issue. Oneguide doesn't display any information for certain channels. Clearing Oneguide and History doesn't have any impact. Also, some channels are missing or in the wrong order.

    Yes :) I understood. I tried, but I received a new error msg, I tried to change the email wich is linked to JaguarSolid, but it display an error msg like :"Impossible, try to connect on xbox.com/AccountSwap

    The problem is with channels 1261 and 1300. OneGuide displays data that is 3 hours old. There might be other channels affected but I don't have a large subscription package.
