MSFT 2020 Nothing but problems

I stopped MSFT2020 after I entered the 25 letter code but before MSFT finished the rest of the install. Now, I can't find it on my computer and I can't load it on my new computer I just built for it.

I built a computer for MSFT 2020, also, not having done business with such a paranoid business,+ I started to load the program it would not go past the first disk. So, having my laptop handy I thought I would try it and see if it had the same problem. And having been aware of the problems with the discs I thought I would check it out? Well, it did not. So I continued with the install and after entering what I thought was the activation code, MSFT then started I think it said installing. I don't know what I spent the last few hours doing but apparently it wasn't installing 10 disks. Well while that was going on I started searching the error it kept coming back with and found out that unbeknownst to me installing had to be done over a WIFI connection. Then, I also found out some of the hair raising problems some were having with installing then wanting to uninstall and reinstall on another computer! Which, I am now having to deal with. Unlike every other program or operating system I have dealt with it is not an activation code its a redeemable code which I found out today I had redeemed even though the whole process did not finish so I never had things like that happen in the past. I thought I would be able to just start the process over today! Boy, was I wrong? Ya some moron at MSFT decided if over complicated process of loading your OS wasn't bad enough they were going to see if they couldn't make it almost impossible to get something you wanted, loaded and then up and playing in a reasonable time frame.

I will never buy anything from MSFT again. For one thing you are not buying it, they are loaning it to you maybe it will be until you die. You can't sell it and apparently you have to update it whither or not you are happy with what you have. I have never in my life bought an Apple product and I never will because once you do you are stuck with everything having to be Apple. This is what MSFT is up to now. So, Looks like X-PLANE 11 is in my near feature. I have just wasted $107.75 for nothing? One other thing it loaded on my Laptop without a problem but today I had to ignore about 30 or so files it could not read. Funny brand new computer RYZENTM 7 58003D, X570S AROUS MASTER , GABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Elite 8G (REV2.0) had problems loading, my 5 year old Dell Insprion i5767-0018gry 7 gen core i5 loaded like a charm.

I asked a question yesterday about what happened with this program. To make a long story short I had tried to load this on my newly built computer. It was late and I needed a cable to connect my computer to WIFI. Which I didn't know I needed it to be hooked up to WIFI. Because of a code coming up I wanted to try to load it on my laptop. So, it ended up I ended the download after entering the 25-letter code but before MSFT finished its part of the process. So, listed in order as I remember.

1. Tried to load MSFT flight sim on my new computer. "Not connected to the internet" 1st disc not loading because of it.

2. Had a laptop to see if the problem persisted. It is connected so it loaded!

3. Because of known problems with the disc I wanted to know if it would complete the process.

4. Searching the code I found it had to be connected to the internet.

5. Also, I saw other problems with uninstalling and reinstalling the program

6. By that time I already had installed the 25-letter code.

7. Not knowing that it was not an install code but a redeemable code I stopped the process.

8. I was thinking I could just start over yesterday. Well, I was wrong+

9. First, I thought I could not find the program on the laptop nothing anywhere I looked.

10 Today, I found out it is listed in X-BOX file.

11 Now I need to know if it is possible to move the file to another computer if that doesn't work how to get it uninstalled and moved to the other computer and registered with MSFT.

I guess I should have started by saying, I have never bought anything from the MSFT store, until MSFT 2020 so I was not aware of procedures to handle my problem. Although it was purchased it from another vendor. So, the answer was to go to the store front and find my library find MSFT2020 FS and install it to my PC. 4 days and really no help from anyone I had to go to YouTube and searching change 2020 to another computer I had the answer in about an hour. I guess it was so simple it was hard to figure out! Techs Remember not everyone has an extensive knowledge of the finer points of the MSFT nomenclature!

Ya, I don't own it but when I am done with it, I can sell it or pass it on to someone else! It hasn't been tied to MSFT store account.

What seems to be the problem exactly mate?
If I understood well, you had a redeemable code for flight simulator. You redeemed it in your account, but are you not able to play the game?

Would be great if you explain to me exactly what's happening or with what you need help exactly

That is something that should have been made clear before anyone bought them! I would not have bought MSFT2020 if I had known I was buying into another Apple!
