MSFT 2020 I know but can't get answers at the right forum

I'm not getting anywhere at the sim forum but below are the original post and a second explaining what is going on today. I am at a complete loss, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it still has the majority of the problems I have mentioned below. I'm just looking for a logical reason for this and what might be done to solve it. I am really close to just formatting the drives and starting over, which I really don't want to do.

First post at MSFT2020

Got into the sim, and picked my usual aircraft the V tail Bonanza hit fly then it started! Tried to close the yoke and didn’t work at all. I haven’t looked for a keystroke for it. Could not push the brake with the mouse but had assigned a yoke button that worked. trim gear flaps don’t work with the mouse or the physical levers on the Logitech panels I have. I haven’t had much time just shut the sim down. This is also happening in other aircraft I tried the G36 same as above. I’m sure I am leaving out some functions that work but most don’t. Side to side no, but the assigned button for moving up and forward does. Last time I flew the day before yesterday everything was working. Another thing that just started is now I have two windows for MSFT2020 I didn’t have them yesterday when I was looking through the store for any new items.
Is anyone else having similar problems? By any chance did you solve them?
Another odd thing is, I forgot I will come back when I remember! Just remembered, frames per second two days ago were in the 20 to 25 area I had everything down to medium except a few items, {What I saw was not Hemet, it had buildings that you would not recognize as homes towers where there are none and you would not believe what they assigned to what were the high schools, if you didn’t know where you were you would never find your home.} Last night before I went to bed I reassigned everything to high which was one step below what I had in the first place before dropping them down. Today after doing that I am getting between 40 and 50 fps head-scratcher for sure.

Second post

I am still fighting this I uninstalled MSFT2020 and reinstalled it still has most of the problems. Although, today I can extend the flaps and the landing gear and have use of the trim. I have gone through the yoke setup and all of the buttons and switches on it and in control options, they all show as working. Most don’t only the button that moves you closer works the rest do nothing in the sim. I also can’t use the mouse to operate the GNS530 it will not work with the addon Flightsim builders 530 I have either. I will continue to update in the hope of getting someone that might have an idea of what is up.
