    MSFS2020 Marketplace issues


    Purchased two dlc through Market place on different days.

    The first istalled and works fine

    A few days later i purchased another through Market place payment went through but did not show as purchased and therefore did not download.

    Ive tried numerous times through support and recieved robot replies.

    These cannot ressolve the issue so i tried a refund request.Which of course was a robot reply and turned request down.

    What can i do from here.

    I dare not use Marketplace in MSFS2020 till i know it will work and give item paid for.

    Any advice would be appreciated,

    Hi!

    I've the MSFS2020. In the marketplace it is possible to click BUY for a product. But after this I become the error "buying not possible".

    The accounts in the MS Store, XBOX-App and MSFS2020 are the same.

    My creditcard is working - because I bought a product today in the MS-Store.

    Anybody any idea what there is wrong?

    So i have that issue every couple weeks. I just log off msfs2020 and log back in and it works every time!

    MSFS2020 on XBOX X cannot connect to server in game

    I have not had any issue with connecting to the server with MSFS2020 on the Xbox X since the launch date.

    I am now reinstalling MSFS2020 and will try again and give an update

    I had the same problem. I have a few apps I start before launching the sim, such as TrackIR, instrument server and a couple of other addons. On a whim, I started the sim with none of the addons and the Marketplace worked perfectly. Good luck.

    Thank you! exactly the issue! Logged in to XBOX, restarted MSFS2020 and bingo no more loop!
