    MSFS2020 crashes

    Hi JKE58,

    Unfortunately we don’t have enough information to provide extensive troubleshooting with the information provided.

    If the issue is in-game, please contact Microsoft Flight Simulator support by selecting “Submit a request” at the top of the page.

    If the issue happens when launching the game before getting in the game report the problem through the Windows Feedback hub by selecting “Report a problem online” in this article. If this error is out of the game, please confirm all Windows updates have been completed and include all additional troubleshooting that has been tried to resolve the issue in future responses for further help.

    I will replace then my graphics card. Is this the reason that the MSFS2020 crashes?

    Thank you for your reply. Only other game is Doom and it is fine. All other apps are also perfect. After I try to launch MSFS2020 it starts up with the usual screen but after about 20 seconds a message appears “The game has crashed. Errorcode: 0x0000005
