MSFS won’t launch

I have engaged Microsoft Flightsim Support since March to resolve this problem and they have finally posted the following message:

"It seems that this is an issue that we are not able to resolve. If it has something to do with your account or authentication, you need to contact Microsoft Support. They can check your account to make sure there isn't anything wrong there that is causing the issue, and do other diagnostics as well.
The Microsoft Support agents have the tools and qualifications required to assist with Microsoft Store & Windows 10|11 issues, and they can remotely take control of your system when necessary."

The issue is not with my PC or software or Firewall or ISP, there is an issue with the in-game Azure server and my account.

Please help to resolve this issue with my account authentication with the in-game server.

May I know if you tried using a different internet connection to discard an issue with your ISP?

For example connecting your PC to a mobile hotspot.

Or, may I know if you tried disabling all the antivirus protections temporarily before trying again?

And please tell me briefly what you tried to fix the problem so far before creating this post

Is the ISP not isolated by using a VPN?

"VPNs use a technology that offers different protocols (visible to your ISP) to provide a safe connection. Even though your ISP sees what protocol you’re using, they cannot take any information from it, so it doesn’t affect you in any way.

Your ISP can guess what activity you’re doing based on the amount of bandwidth you are using – for example, streaming, torrents, downloaded files, etc. But, they won’t be able to see what you are downloading."

The VPN isolates the data packets from the ISP, so there is no capacity to block data from transiting between your PC to the VPN server.

Issue remains whether using a VPN or not. To me, this indicates the ISP is not responsible for this issue.

Seems like you tried a lot of things, and you covered almost everything including a Windows reinstallation.

But I think worth trying to play the game using a different internet connection to discard completely the issue with ISP

I haven't see a similar issue with Flight simulator here in the Microsoft forums.
