    MSFS will now not start


    MSFS was working normally for months. This evening when I try to start the game, I get. Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001.

    I have logged out and back in, I have restarted. Advice please.

    MSFS 2020 directs to Gaming Services in Microsoft Store

    Ok. That allowed MSFS to start. Now MSFS is giving me a message that a required update is needed and to update from the Microsoft store. But I've run the updates from the store and it says everything is up to date and MSFS doesn't give me an option to trigger a manual update.

    So now what?

    - uninstalling and reinstalling MSFS okay,

    - installing FSUIPC MSFS okay,

    - rebooting the PC MSFS no start
    Correction .....

    Its not FSUIPC that causes any issue.

    After rebooting the PC MSFS does not start.

    No error code appears when you try to start the game?

    I think that worth reinstalling Windows at this point.
    The other option is report this problem to the flight simulator team if you want to skip that
