MSFS suddenly can't see its servers or marketplace

Before anything else, I may need to ask some questions first to further investigate the issue.

1. May I know what make and model your PC is?
   
2. What is the current version of Windows your device running with?
   
3. Does your application have the latest update?
   

In the meantime, you can also try these workarounds and see if it helps.

Install updates before flying

• Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator
  
• Go and select Profile > Content Manager > "Update available"
  
• Choose the content and download, then click update and wait for it to finish
  

Reset Microsoft Store cache

• Press Windows logo + R to open run command. Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter
  
• Black window will prompt and wait for it to disappear, and MS Store will come up. Then, restart your device.
  

Update Windows. Ensure all pending updates are installed.

• Check for Windows updates. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update.

Games on demand can't undercut retailers. These places were always an option for going to buy your games so I don't see were the marketplace suddenly became this closed platform and the only way to purchase games for X1...

now in Italy xbox access is ok. the problem is graying marketplace on msfs

When i start MSFS 2020 the blue bar appears, when it's half loaded, the game closes suddenly and goes to desktop no fault code.
