MSFS Not installing on Xbox app stuck on 10% with errors

After 5 Hours of researching, I have decided to finally ask for support. My XBOX App will not install Microsoft Flight Simulator It has been coming up with errors every time I try to install it. It gets stuck at 100% and just stays there. It says 1.1GB Out of 1.1GB So what's it missing?? The bundles it claims to be missing cause it been 2 hours without it installing these "bundles" Please help me.,” we think we might have found something to help.

I have gotten more than 3 different error codes

and after doing what everyone else says in the forums nothing worked.

Please note that I have done the following:

- Reset the Xbox app

- Reset the Microsoft app
- Reinstalled Xbox app

-Restarted PC (3 TIMES)

- Changes time and date
- Used commands in PowerShell
- Reset Wsreset
-Uninstalled MSFS

- Reinstalled MSFS

I am out of options and am really in need of urgent help im still stuck at 100% someone please contact me on how to fix this.

Hello All,

Thank you, Josef, for helping me with this problem.

I have found a fix for me If you are on windows 10 head to settings > system > storage > change where content is saved

You can relocate where you want new apps to save, change this to your hard drive that you are installing your game on,

Proceed to head to your Xbox folder where your game is stored right click it. Head to Properties >Security > Advanced > Add >Select principal

type: everyone then clicks Check names after this click ok, then check the box full control. After doing this hit apply and OK on all of the open tabs.

Delete your Xbox folder where your games are saved this is usually named XboxGames.

After deleting your XboxGames folder try to reinstall the game again. If this works you can change your settings > system > storage > change where content is saved

Back to your regular drive.

Again I thank Josef for helping me fix these issues as I was up till 1am in the morning trying to download a game. If you are still experiencing issues create a forum and I'm sure Josef and his awesome team will be able to help.

Yes I deleted the existing game folder.

For your E: drive, the one that has more free space.

But may I know if you tried deleting the existing game folder to see if maybe that's the one causing the issue?

And nope, unfortunately downloading or copy.pasting the game from another PC is not going to work (the app is not going to recognize the files)
