MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe Edition Not Working

I had purchased MSFS Premium Deluxe edition of the Microsoft Store. I was able to install the standard game which ran well, however both the Premium and Deluxe upgrades are unable to download. Both upgrades will not download and have an exclamation point
next to them stating, that these applications do not work on this device. This is confusing because the standard edition of the game was able to download and run perfectly fine, but the DLC cannot be installed.

If there is a fix to this please let me know.

Same problem, it shows that it's purchased in the content manager but there's no version and file size next to the premium deluxe content. The MSFS folder in my C: drive actually contains the 787 and other premium deluxe files, so it seems to be a problem
with Steam unlocking the content rather than actually downloading it.

I have a similar problem,

I bought the standard version just to see if it was all it’s cracked up ti be and now I purchased the Premium, but it WONT DOWNLOAD. It says it completed, it says I have it in my content manager page, but when I check out my hangar, none of the new planes
are there. I paid over $100 for the premium I would hate for that much money to go to waste on pixels. Could anyone help???

Had this same problem.

Run game go to your profile than go to "Content Manager" select your premium content or "toggle all" and press download.

This resolve my issue.
