    We recommend that you attempt the troubleshooting steps from the support article entitled Microsoft Casual Games FAQ and reaching out on
    the
    Microsoft Casual Games Community forum     as well to see if there may be a solution there as well. I also did notice a post from our Xbox on Windows forum and will post it for you below, just in case its helpful for you.
