    I tried to purchase a game from the Xbox store and it declined my card and charged me £1 under: msbill.info, i have no idea why this happened and there is no mention of it anywhere, it's not for any memberships either.

    is it the first time you used this card on xbox? if so it's just a charge for pre-authorisation that you'll get refunded.
