    Today I saw that I was charged for €20.40.two times this day. The info is Msbill Xbox. But i don't know why. I can't find it in my purchases for what this is. Can I have an explanation for this please?

    It is possible that the charges were made on a different account. Please login to each profile you have downloaded on the console then check each account's order history by doing the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & System> Settings > Account > Payment & Billing.

    Select Order History to view your purchases.

    is it the first time you used this card on xbox? if so it's just a charge for pre-authorisation that you'll get refunded.
