    How the heck do you download MS2020. I'm a computer illiterate and for the life of me I can't find out how to do this. A tech at microsoft told me to go to the app store however when I do none of the required selections are there. I paid $120 for this and not only can't use it but can't even get a support person to talk to. HELP!!!

    Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10/11, log in with the account that purchased the game in the upper right corner of the app. Then look for the game in the app and install it.
