    As a tester we work hard to test game updates comin out to the public ASAP but we can't do that if you don't let us test.

    Last month or so we are constantly having to push off testing new updates or patches as MS certification and update teams aren't doing their job.

    Per the agreement my scheduled is cleared for every test day, MS fails to get it up last min, so its pushed off 2 days, then pushed off 3 more days, then well its almost reg testing day again might as well wait cause MS can't take 5 mins to get our
    updates up.

    IM tired of draggin my butt out of bed to find out lat min MS certification and update teams dropped the ball and we can't test yet again.



    And its to the point I can't blame the game dev's, they do their job, MS certification and update teams is the one holding things up all the time.



    And they are just to polite to say anything, but Im not.

    Someone in the certification and update teams needs a kick in the rear that or fire n hire someone new.

    Sounds like MS is dropping the ball through their own store.

    The OP makes some very good and valid points. I agree with everything he has said. But I am still enjoying my XB1, and eagerly wait for some patches to fix these issues.

    You do realize that a lot of what you said about the 360 came years after the system came out? While I do agree most of that stuff should have been there on day one for the XBO but you have to expect things to be fixed, added and changed in due time. It's
    a new system that will take some time to get it up to full steam, ps4 included (as it's missing a lot as well). You should expect things like this at the launch of any new product, not everything you want is always there right away sadly.

    Hardware wise and I don't think they were. But given that they had to make changes software wise....I think it messed some things up. And considering that so many ppl had problems with the first introducing of the X1...they had to change a lot.
