    Hello everyone,

    Sorry if I disturb you, but I have a problem that has plagued my Microsoft/Xbox account for many months now.

    The problem specifically concerns every time I enter into: "Services & Subscriptions", after some waiting for loading I always get the error: "Something happened on our end, and we can't show all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help".

    And I can't modify anything. In fact I already know what the problem is, an old problem in the payments of the EA Origin Access subscription, I cannot cancel it or notify that the method of payment is changed.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Have you tried signing out and back in, or trying in a new web browser? also make sure cookies are not blocked. Cheers.

    Hi thank you for your answer, yes I have already tried everything different browsers, pc and devices.

    The problem is that it gives me that error on tha page because I had an issue on EA Origin Access subscription Xbox, and this prevent me to resolve or see that page.

    In my side I cannot do anything, I think only a member of Microsoft/Xbox support can do something.

    You cannot purchase a subscription with your MS balance. You need to use a payment method on the account or a subscription code. Xbox is transitioning to allow subscription purchases with MS balances but as far as I know it's not service wide
    yet.

    Xbox Game Pass Troubleshooting

    Go to your MS account page and under Subscriptions and Services look for Xbox Gamepass then turn off recurring billing.

    You need to turn off auto-renew on your Subscriptions and Services page on you MS account.
