ms-xbl-multiplayer link process app

Windows 11 22H2 22621.2134.
Xbox & Xbox GameBar & Xbox Live = latest from ms-store.
Reinstall or downgrade all this apps not helped.
GameBar xbox: connect to friend in any game and got not existing app request, for process invitation in game, by join request.
Error: "Get an app to open this ms-xbl-multiplayer link".
Its not games problem. its problem in one of apps mentioned before, or windows team trouble, who making connections btw theirs apps.
How to fix, or where to get app for process this invitations, or anyth...

How is it that you Microsoft people have no clue so often. I have NEVER gotten anything from the official Microsoft support for ANY issue I've ever had. How are you so bad at supporting your products

Noth helped, noone knows how fix to it, as i got from forums/google/support, so, not solved and not gonna be.
