MS won't fix my Xbox One

I have an Xbox One that is still under warranty. I have sent it in twice to fix an overheating problem causing it to shutdown. I got it back both times with letters saying there was nothing found. The box still will shut down while trying to download
and reinstall the initial update. I have tried multiple power supplies and have isolated the problem to the Xbox. The location of my Xbox is not causing the overheating. I called back in and now I am being told to send it in a third time. I have no reason
to think they are actually going to fix it. I tried to get it escalated and that accomplished absolutely nothing. I am going on over a month without a working Xbox and I am out the money I have spent on Live that I can't use. The letters they included
with my return said they included a month of Xbox live but they were not included.

Bad Box

This app sucks and so does MS. I'm not trolling, this xbox live service is seriously awful. I keep hoping that MS will fix all the problems but I don't think they give a ***. On my wireless xbox, right next to my slower PS3 (which never has these problems
) my Hulu won't show movies or television or what I watch. I still can't believe I have the xbox one on order. Mistake!!!

 

Xbox one Headset stopped working

I just installed a controller update and that did not help as well I would have edit post but MS edge on xbox one is apile of junk and you lot won't fix it

 

Have you tried testing at another house/location? Its possible it is not an issue with the Xbox over heating but with the power supply (house power) and or a surge protector or a wireless compatibility issue.

You can always set up another exchange at Myservice.Xbox.com if it doesn't work with out the hassle of calling support too. As for the month of live check your email it usually shows up there.

 

I have tried it in three different parts of my house. I tried it most recent on the same power supply that another xbox works on and still the same thing. I think the main cooling fan is not working. I don't see it spinning and I can't hear it.

After being on the phone with support for an hour yesterday, as they were finishing up my service call they said I had an option to exchange it. The first two times and through most of the call yesterday that wasn't an option. Then all of a sudden it was
an option. I have sent it in and I am hoping they exchange it. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a Xbox fixed. Especially one that is under warranty.

As of right now, I have not gotten an email about the Live reimbursement from any of the three times I have sent it in.
