    MS, Why you dont fix my Account Issues ?


    I have Problems with my Account since i configurate my XBOX ONE.

    I Live in Germany, but my Account have 2 Countrys. Thats wrong.

    i cant use my account full. Gold is removing (3 Month Lose).

    XBOX Rewards cant send me my Rewards.

    Please set my Region only on Germany and not Austria.

    I try with the disk when i send you a console now is the same problem . I'm from Poland and i dont know will your support will know what i say on phone call beacause english ...

    I have contact the Phone Support in Germany, but they dont can help me.

    All dont understand my Problem. I have 2 Billing Adresses. One in Germany and One in Austria. Austria is WRONG. PLZ Delete my Austria Region.

    Thats very stupid. German Support doesnt can help, Phone Support doesnt help,

    on My XBOX One my Twitcj Streaming doesnt work and XBOX Video doesnt work too.

    I have the same problem today.

    My gold membership was cancealed without reason and the prepaid codes they send me to recover my gold doesn´t work because they told that I have two billing address and the xbox live doesn´t know where to put my the gold...

    Doesn't surprise me. The support team doesn't seem to really know what's going on. First there is a block feature on xbox live, them they claim there isn't a block feature. What?
