MS Ultimate Word Games achievement at 600%, won't unlock

The achievement A Long Walk in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is at 600% for me. I cannot get it to unlock. Each time I complete the requirements, the counter goes up another 100%. Here's a screenshot of when it was at 300%
a couple weeks ago.

I believe the problem is in the Achievement system. I deleted all Local and Cloud save data via Add/Remove Programs -> Advanced -> Reset. My level progress, completed maps, and completed Daily Challenges were gone. But the
game still downloaded the over 100% completion from Xbox, like it did for the medals (for example, Bronze 4/12, Silver 4/10, etc.).

Maybe the game will need to be patched to send an unlock signal if the progress is 100% or over. Or maybe someone in Support can reset that achievement to 0/1. I think the Achievement Team would be interested to know of such a bug.

I posted and PM'ed MS Ultimate Word Games on Facebook, but no reply after a week of waiting. Support Chat could not help and pointed me here. Thanks.

MUWG - Expert Jumbler Achievement is bugged

(Microsoft Ultimate Word Games) The achievement for obtaining the Expert tile in Jumble (Reach level 80) has failed to unlock for me, despite being level 102 at this point. I have a premium account and feel a little robbed.

MS Ultimate Word Games

This post is for MS Ultimate Word Games....there was no Subtopic listing for it. It is my favorite game, but 9 out of 10 times I get an error when trying to connect to the game. It always says it's having trouble connecting to the internet, but my internet
works fine and this is the only game I have a problem with. It says it can't retrieve my data, therefore I can't save my game progress. I play on a desktop computer. I don't have an X-box. Please fix your problem.

A Lazy Susan also is stuck at over 100% on A Long Walk. They are seeing 2/1 on the in-game achievement screen. Please patch the game or offer another solution. Thank you.

Good news! I got the Long Walk to unlock today. I thought today's achievement outage might allow the achievement to reset. I went from 6/1 to 1/1 by finishing another map 100%. After a reboot, the achievement unlocked, after starting the game and the Xbox
app.

I'm having a similar problem this month with the ID@XBox quest. You need to unlock four achievements in ID@XBox games; I unlocked four in Human Fall Flat. The individual quests (one for each achievement unlocked) all have the green checkmark with the word
"complete", but when I try to click the box to claim the 400 reward points, nothing happens. I've unlocked several achievements in another qualifying game since then- Manual Samuel. Still nothing.

I had a problem with one of the quests from a few months ago that asked you to unlock an achievement in any Game Pass game, then to unlock five more in any combination of Game Pass games, and finally to unlock fifteen more achievements in any combination
of Game Pass games. The quest was worth 600 points. The final box (for unlocking 15 more achievements) never showed as completed. I kept trying all month, expecting it to say "complete" with each new achievement I unlocked, but it never did. I checked
my progress for the month on True Achievements, and found out I had unlocked 75 achievements in Game Pass games for the month, but I missed out on the 600 reward points. I don't think waiting a few days will make a difference. I hope I'm wrong.

Same here, I have 100% of the game completed and 600 game score of achievements didn't unlock.

To be fair, some achievements are glitchy and TA often have users posting workarounds to get them to unlock...however, there is nothing for that particular achievement.

Unfortunately, if it won't unlock, there's not much you can do...MS staff don't manually unlock achievements for players (they would probably need a staff of hundreds working 24/7 to do that given the number of players, games and achievements)
