    MS Ult Word Games - Switching between devices breaks my profile


    I really enjoy Microsoft Ultimate Word Games but if I play on my desktop and then later play on my Surface Pro, when I come back to the desktop it says there was a syncing problem and my profile resets. So I have to start all over again. In Wordament the
    maps I've done show like they're not complete but if I go to them it shows all the words I had already selected and I just click "Next Puzzel" and then it says "Well Done" and changes the item on the map to complete. Yet my skill level resets to zero for everything
    when the profile gets reset. Can never enjoy any MS casual games because they all have issues. This forum seems to be the only avenue for support and am doubting it will cause anything to get fixed.

    Hi,

    My nephew has an XBox One and I bought him Overcooked last xmas but I didn't use the 'Buy as Gift' option (I'll blame the booze!). So I had to create a profile for him to play the game. Now it seems that he can only play the game when he goes in through
    my profile. Unfortunately I haven't set the remember password option when signing in so it can only be played when I drop by. As this is the only console the game is on (I don't have a console) is it possible to switch the game onto his profile?

    Apologies if this has been answered before.

    The gift option is a recent addition, so you wouldn't have been able to use it last Christmas.

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. However, if you set his console as your Home console, he can access the game without having to sign into your account.

    "Xbox, show my stuff." If you both have a controller, it should just do it, otherwise pass it to w/e is taking control.

    Though may have misunderstood the question. You mean to change profiles by passing the controller over right? Just pass the controller over to your friend and it should be done automatically

    I've been trying to find a way to use voice commands to change the Home screen from mine to my brother's when we're both signed in. I thought "show my stuff" would do it, but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to do this?
