    Ms told me if I exchange my Xbox One my game saves are lost


    My Xbox One disc drive is making that noise. Of course right after that promotion ended. Support told me that my game saves although stored in the cloud are tied to the console and I would have to start over. That cant be right can it?

    Just talked to the guy at my target and he told me that I would be able to exchange 3 ps4 games for 3 Xbox one games. Regardless of why title the game was. So I bought 3 ps4 games lol

  6. Yeah, you game saves are in the cloud which are connected to your gamertag. thats why you can play your save files from your game on any xbox. support is just dumb

    Anyone know if they send you a refurb or a new unit? I have a bit of an issue getting a refurb 7 weeks in on a $500 console.

    I think it depends on their stock. The warranty states it will send you a "new or refurbished unit".

    I will state this for anyone who doesn't know. Support in general are stupid. Don't call them and ask for any specifics on anything. They try to play it off like they know bit you are better off asking an ambassador. Support is not helpful for questions
    and in depth knowledge. Don't trust them with anything other than standard replacements or things like that. During Xbox one launch I have seen them give more wrong answers than right ones.

    this^ people who are there to file for replacments of failed hardare, arne't going to know as much as people who use it every day, read forums, read news, etc etc
